Board of Directors

The Renton Little League Board of Directors is the governing body of Renton Little League (RLL) and represents the organization both in public and private. Members of the Board determine organizational goals and policies to ensure that the mission of Renton Little League is being carried out to its fullest potential. Members of the Board are responsible for the organization’s financial management and legal compliance, and serve as the link between Renton Little League and the community.

Members of the Renton Little League Board of Directors adhere to the following Code of Ethics:

  • I will represent the interests of all people served by Renton Little League in a fair and equal manner.
  • I will keep confidential information confidential.
  • I will complete my designated roles and responsibilities on the Board to the best of my ability, as delegated by the Board as a whole.
  • I will live up to the time commitment of serving on the board by regularly attending meetings and accomplishing the commitments for my particular role(s) on the Board.
  • In the event of an absence from a Board meeting, I will contact the Board in advance and assign my proxy for quorum voting purposes.
  • I will treat all Board members and the RLL community with courtesy and respect.
